with Global Access Advantage (GAA), the most powerful real-time
online reporting tool that is accompanied by a dedicated GAA
team on a toll-free number. We provide this service to you at
no additional cost. This is in addition to the regular easy
to read and understand monthly statement you will receive in
the mail.
Processing
Equipment
If you have
a small property chances are that you will require a standalone
terminal. For this we recommend the Hypercom
T7Plus with a lodging program. As per the rules of MasterCard
and Visa your terminal will prompt for the required information
for you to qualify for the lowest interchange categories including
check in date, number of days stay, daily room rate, etc.
If your
hotel currently has or you are planning to install a Property
Management System (PMS) at the front desk, then let Credit Card
Processing Services assist you in the integration of credit
cards. We can integrate with almost all of the most popular
systems. Your main contact, Kevin Aniess, who has personally
traveled the United States installing major hotels will work
closely with your front desk technical coordinator to insure
a smooth initial setup or transition from your existing processor.
This will include setting up your merchant account and then
providing your technical contact with the completed VAR (Value
Added Reseller) form for them to complete their task. We assure
you that this conversion will be seamless.
